Hey Everybody
All you experts need advice on how this rotation looks


Sunday- strecth
Monday- basic step and abs
Tuesday- lower and upper body work
Wednesday- body fusion
Thursday- stretch and abs
Friday- low impact step
Saturday- Total body sculpt

Anybody have any advice on how to make this more efficent?
 
Hi.

If it were me I would just switch wed and thurs work out around. I don't like working the same body parts with weights 2 days in a row unless I'm doing a freestyle leg rotation. Otherwise it looks great! JMHO though. :)
