I'm hoping someone here can help me.
My 1/2 marathon training schedule calls for speedwork tonight. I'm supposed to do a 1 mile warm up and then 1600m (at 9:06 mile pace) x 2 with 800m recovery in between each ending with a 1 mile cool down. It's snowing so I'm stuck on my treadmill. I know there is no way I can do 5 freaking miles without getting b.o.r.e.d to tears! I will need Grace & her music in my ear.
With all that being said - does anyone have any advice on which iTread would be best for my situation? I don't it won't be exact. I have the following iTreads and have two credits left this month so I can get another one - or two!
