NEED INPUT -- Update on bookings at RT hotels

Hi RTers!

As of today, Cathe Road Trippers have booked 44 rooms at the Fairfield Inn and 14 suites at the Residence Inn. Our contact person in group sales at the hotels has blocked a few more rooms for us, but has asked if we could give her any idea of approximately how many more room or suite bookings she might expect from our group. We know many of you are planning to share rooms, so it's tough for us to gauge how close we are to being finished with bookings.

Can you folks help us out?

Please respond to this thread and let us know if you, or you and your roommate(s), have NOT booked a hotel room yet but plan to do so. That'll give us kind of a rough count of what we have left to book, so that we can call our nice contact person back.

And please call to reserve your rooms ASAP!
