!NEED HELP!

I need help on changing up my workout routine cause what I'm doing is working anymore. I'm 5'2", don't believe in scales and have been a size 4 for years until about 6 months ago and it was like overnight I got a whole size bigger. My lower body is gross. Tons more cellulite, lumps and bumps. I'm so depressed over it I can't stand it. Despite all efforts I can't make it budge. I eat clean, no refined anything, but I can't eat whole grains cause I'm allergic to wheat. Don't eat sugar or any crap. Any advice would be soooo appreciated.
 
Why not wander over to the rotations thread and choose one that puts the focus on the lower body?:) Also, get your hormones including thyroid checked by a good doctor. My chiropractor said she woke up on morning and had no energy and promptly gained 40 pounds all due to a sluggish thyroid, she emphasized its important to check it early before you get to the point she did. Just a thought is all, alot of women apparently have a low thyroid count, including myself.

Also, diet of course, have you changed anything, the amount of calories maybe?
 
The first thing I did was get my thyroid checked and it's fine and no I haven't changed my eating habits either, that's why this is so hard for me because I'm not doing anything any different. Maybe that's the problem as far as my workouts go, that I do need to do something different there.
