I need help on changing up my workout routine cause what I'm doing is working anymore. I'm 5'2", don't believe in scales and have been a size 4 for years until about 6 months ago and it was like overnight I got a whole size bigger. My lower body is gross. Tons more cellulite, lumps and bumps. I'm so depressed over it I can't stand it. Despite all efforts I can't make it budge. I eat clean, no refined anything, but I can't eat whole grains cause I'm allergic to wheat. Don't eat sugar or any crap. Any advice would be soooo appreciated.
