Hello everyone!
I need some help from the experienced crowd here or someone here with the same body type/build that I have and has found something that works.
I am an ectomorph from the waist up. I have skinny arms and hands. When I weight train, my upper body never seems to hold the muscle and build up that much. From the waist down, I'm mesomorph or endomorph. When I weight train, I can build the muscles up on my legs and butt almost effortlessly. When I gain weight, I always gain it from the waist down and never on top. I have a lower abdominal pooch that I had all my life that I would like to get rid of. I have almost all of Cathe's DVDs and almost all of the Firms, but I need help with setting up a workout rotation that is tailored to my weird body type. Should I do more cardio or should I do more weights? How should I eat? Should I eat low carb and high protein? Does anybody have a body type like mine and found some thing that works? Please share it with me!
