I'm new to Cathe, but consider myself advanced. I've used The Firm for years, but was no longer feeling challenged. I love the challenge I get with Cathe, but I feel like my lower body is getting bigger.:-( I don't want that. Can anyone help me on this? Here's what I've been doing: Mon - Step Works
Tues - Maximum Intensity
Wed - rest
Thurs - Low Max
Fri - Pyramid Upper
Sat - Circuit Max
Sun - Pyramid Lower
I'm thinking about cutting out one of the weight days and replacing it w/ aerobics. PLEASE HELP!!!
