Need Help with Rotation

Cathlete
I have been off the “exercise wagon” for just about one month now between buying a house, remodeling, moving, the holidays, Christmas shopping and work. I’m ready to get back into it but don’t know where to start. I don’t want to overdo it, become overly sore and discourage myself. Prior to my “setback” I was working out religiously 4-6x’s a week for approximately one year. Can someone help me with a rotation or suggest what videos to ease into? THANKS!!!!

I own:
Almost all Firm Videos, Cathe’s CTX, PS series, S&H series, Max Videos (IMAX, Circuit Max, BodyMax, Max Cardio and Strength).

LAST EDITED ON Dec-13-01 AT 05:11PM (Est)[p]I dont own any FIRM videos, but I can suggest a Cathe rotation. Of course this rotation is just my two cents, take it or leave it as Cathe says!

-CTX cardio of your choice (except Power Circuit)
-MIS upper body and abs only
-CTX cardio of your choice (except Power circuit)
-MIS lower body only
-rest day
-as much as Interval Max as you can do
-rest day

Or maybe....

-MIC (hi/lo only)
-PS BBA
-MIC (step only)
-rest day
-PS CST
-Cardio from Body Max
-PS LA

Or....

-Circuit Max (omit the upper body work, just use it as a leg workout)
-Upper body and abs from Body Max
-half of Interval Max
-rest day
-repeat the cycle above starting with Circuit Max

Or...

Just do the CTX as is.

I guess the important thing is doing something!! Just start slow and when you feel up to it, maybe after 2-3 weeks, you can change your rotation!!

Have fun and welcome back to the workout world, getting started again is always the hardest part, but you havent been away too long so getting back on the band wagon shouldnt be too hard.
