Need help with rotation while training for 1/2 marathon...

I hope this is the right place to ask...

I will begin training for a 1/2 marathon during the 3rd week of December. I am having a heck of a time coming up with a rotation. I will be running 5 days per week, with M & F off and the long run on Sunday. I want to add one day of cardio (to mix things up) plus a couple of days of weights. I have no problems doing 2 workouts in a day. Here are my Cathe workouts:

Low Max
BM2
LIC
DM
MM
ME/BC
PH
SS/PP
Gym Styles (all three)
PLB/PUB
B&G
L&G/KPC
Timesaver
DM
HSC

Help???? My calendar is a mess from erasing so much! I just can't seem to get it right! Sorry this post got so long!!!

Yo may want to pop onto the Cheetah Daily Check in. There are many runners there who use Cathe and train for HM, Marathons and any race you can think of. They are a friendly bunch. In fact two of them just ran HM's this past weekend . Give them a day or two to respond.
