[font size="1" color="#FF0000"]LAST EDITED ON Feb-25-01 AT 12:37PM (Est)[/font][p]I've been doing the mosquito.net firm rotation for 6 weeks now and haven't lost any weight at all, although I have noticed muscle gain. I really need to lose 25 pounds though, so what to do, what to do? I know I need to up the cardio, but to what? I'm thinking 3 days a week cardio and 2 of weights? And how to divide up the weights? I have a bunch of the Firms, Cathe's PS series now (just got them, but don't know how to divide them into 2 days only). I don't have 2 hours a day to exercise. I also have the wedding tape, step Jam, Step Works (too hard for me now), and Step Heat, the Kathy Smith step videos, etc. Any suggestions on how to put this all together? Thanks for any input . . . P.S. I had foot surgery a year ago and so far can only do step videos for my aerobics . . .must be something about the stretching of the calf I guess. The floor aerobics of some the Firm's just kills my foot!
