Need help w/Free Style Exercising

Hi everyone - I wanted to put together a free style program so I can switch off from Cathe DVD's. Today will be chest and back. How should a free style weight program look? How many sets of each exercise do I do? Should I go up in weight with each set? How many reps? and finally how many exercises to hit each body part? Please take a look at what I've put together but I dont think its enough exercise for each body part. Thank you.

Chest:
Push ups - three sets of 12
Chest Fly - 12 lbs 12 reps; 15 lbs 10 reps; 20 lbs 8 reps
Chest barbell - 12 reps 25 lbs; 10 reps 35 lbs; 8 reps 40 lbs

Back:
Warm up with 12 supermans
Single arm rows - 12 reps 12 lbs; 10 reps 15 lbs; 8 reps 20 lbs.
Bent over Barbell rows - 12 reps 30 lbs; 10 reps 35 lbs; 8 reps 40 lbs
lying barbell pull over 12 reps 20 lbs; 10 reps 25 lbs; 8 reps 30 lbs
 
I'm not exactly sure what you mean by freestyle?
I work my lower body 5-6 times a week and depending on the exercises, I'm using my body weight.

I worked my upper body with heavier weights 2x's a week.

I'm currently using the Slim Series for Freestyle and the upper body is worked 4x's with bands and 3 & 5lb dumbbells.
