Need help toning up in short workouts

Hi ,

I get very bored doing workouts and usually like to complete them in 30 minutes. I love weight training vs. aerobics/step type training. I like to work out 5 days a week. I feel much better if I work out every day. I like the slow reps concept

Problems area is mostly mid section


Can you recommend a schedule for me.
