I just received Legs and Glutes today and today I wanted to strength train using the Pyramids. Have never seen this one, but would it be okay if I did Legs and Glutes and then Pyramid Upper Body or should I stick with PLB since I'm doing the upper. It appears it was ranked pretty high, just wondering about pairing them tonight (yes, trying to get all body parts tonight)
