Here’s the deal, at this time I can only afford two of the new workouts. My first choice without a doubt Butts and Guts, check is in the mail :9
The other workout is going on my CD today. However, this is were I need your help/input. I am trying to decide between Drill Max and Body Max.
Did I read Body Max right, 90 minute workout, with 4 cardio blasts then after each blast there’s leg conditioning drills, or is this the premix section? It definately caught my attention. Which makes me want too "REALLY" order this one.
But then, there's Drill Max this one sounds like WOW :9
I noticed that there is no break down on the workouts. But, this workout sounds like something I definately need a pleteau buster. HELP ME DECIDE! Please
