Need an opinion!!! Thanks!

PS BBA + CTX PC(cardio only)
CK
PS CST + CTX S&I(cardio only)
Off
MIC Step Section
Power Hour
CTX 10.10.10(cardio only)


I am gradually increase my cardio time, so I don't become overwhelmed.

I wouldn't put CK after that grueling back workout because you use your back muscles so much from all the punching. Why not switch MIC and CK? And maybe skip the triceps work in Power Hour, do the rest of it, so you don't overtrain your triceps.
