need advice

Hi Friends,

Just a quick question. Since I am not losing weight doing strictly cardio, I have decided to take everyone's advice and focus on strength training and only doing 3 or 4 cardio sessions per week. I have the PS series, and CTX series and the Wedding video which has strength training. I plan on buying or doing an exchange this week for MIS.

How would you ladies recommend I use these tapes for best results? My goal is to be very firm and have a nice shape as well as increase my strength. I'm not really looking to be cut. Just really firm.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I am so glad that I found this forum and so many friends here too!

Hi, someone else posed a similar question in the open discussion forum a few days ago, it was posted by "pema" regarding rotation advice. I gave my humble two cents answer if you're interested. You could, since you have the CTX series, add a 4 week CTX rotation. I just finished one, working each body part twice a week. It went like this:

CTX Kickbox/biceps/abs + CTX chest only
CTX Power Circuit
CTX All Step/shoulders/abs + CTX triceps only
REST
CTX Step&Interval/chest + CTX biceps/abs only
CTX LLA
CTX 10.10.10/triceps + CTX shoulders/abs only

Good luck!

As an alternate to a CTX rotation, try focusing on the PS tapes. I've seen some rotations that do the PS series, rest day then repeat. I didn't want to cut back that much on cardio, so when I focused on the PS tapes. I started the week with them, rest day, then did a total body tape like MIS on Friday so I could have weekends to hike & bike. Definitely added some muscle mass doing this.

Just from reading the posts here, it seems like alternating your emphasis between CTX & PS works well for many. Try 6 to 8 weeks emphasizing one, then switch to shock the body.

You have to report back on your results of course ;-)!
