I have Cathe's Pure Strength series. I would love to get more of her workouts, but my knees can't handle a step. Do you have any cardio workouts that do not require step or minimal step.
Kick Punch and Crunch, Cardio Kicks and CTX Kickbox do not require any sort of step. Boot Camp only uses the high step for some leg and upper body work, but not for the cardio.
