Need a suggestion on Nov. rotation

Hi everyone,

I didn't want to personally put this question on the "Ask Cathe" forum, Cathe is soooooo busy and didn't want to distdurb her, so I put it to all of you. It's such a small thing and bugs me just a little bit.

Just wanted to know if any one figured out what to do for the Nov. rotation. In the "5 Week Plan", in the 4th week, Friday is not included. Any suggestions on what workout to do on that day? I'm not sure if she meant it to be a rest day. What do you all think?

The idea is to die young as late as possible.
 
Hi Janie. I think this calls for a cardio day since it's between a strength and a circuit workout. I would probably do Cardio Fusion or maybe Kick, Punch & Crunch or maybe a 30-45 min. run and a stretch max segment.

I thought maybe that also. Well, I won't be getting mine until Friday, so when I do the rotation, I will do as you suggested.
