Natural Peanut Butter Idea

So, while sitting there the other morning, stirring, and stirring, and stirring the new jar of natural pb (and I've tried everything--storing them upside down, shaking them vigorously for a minute or two before opening) I have a great idea. I only have this gripe with new jars, once it's stirred and in the fridge it's fine. Here's the idea and it worked BEAUTIFULLY, but as my DH pointed out, with the potential for a big mess ;-) Maybe that's why I was so fond of it...
Anyway, I took out a used lid off of container of dates (but any plastic lid would do, clean, used yogurt, cottage cheese, etc.) and used a knife to puncture and X in the center, then took one beater for the handhelf mixer and pushed the long stem through the X and then into the appropriate hole in the mixer. I then submerged the single beater into the peanut butter, slid the lid down till it hit the top of the jar, held on TIGHT (probably the most important part) and turned the beaters on--gradually increasing speed. Creamy, delicious, fast, and easy.
Just thought I've offer it up in case anyone was avoiding natural pb because of the "work" attached. Also good the elderly, injured, and lazy:7
