a mini dvd of myofascial release would be fantastic!
even though I stretch I still get knots.
Because of your kick-butt workouts I'm using muscles I've never used before - thank you for your amazing DVDs!
BTW, since I've been doing your hardcore workouts my husband told me, um, well, that there's less to grab on to :)
 
I would like to see this as well. I have a foam roller which is supposed to be excellent for myofascial release but to be honest, I don't really know how to use it. I use it to the best of my ability but would love to see an actual routine using it so that I can match the movements and get the fullest benefits.
 
I"d love a good foam-roller workout.
I've seen several, and they all fall short: some are more tutorials, without a work-along segment; some skip entire exercises on one side (and have a "moaning' instructor that I find disturbing).
A nice, work-along foam-roller workout that allows enough time to hit each muscle (with the option for users to chapter-ahead if they don't need as much work on that muscle) would be great.

Oooh! I have a foam roller too and would love for Cathe to do a foam roller workout, that would be awesome! Love her stretch ones too!:D Yep, definitely count me on wishing for this workout too!:)
 
Everything Cathe does is top notch. A foam roller/trigger point release DVD would be fantastic. If you've ever had tight knots in your muscles, then maybe you know how effective trigger point massage & myofascial massage can be.

I think a foam roller DVD has so much potential. the roller itself is pretty cheap, and a good product idea for Cathe/altus. I have seen this come up a couple of times and Cathe did mention she was feeling like maybe filming again......:D
I love the idea of all trigger point, myofacial work. there are some core workouts too, I am less interested in that myself though, I really like to have just strecth/recovery days.
I just know Cathe would produce a top notch product and could see at least 1 hour of content (not a mini DVD!). oh please, please Cathe!:)
I think a three part DVD (like stretch max) one with a roller, one with a small ball, one no equipment just dynamic stretches, would be amazing a DVD all about mobility!
