Hey
I have been using my Cathe videos since April and love them...I weight train 5 days a week...Monday - Wednesday I use Slow & Heavy and on Thursday - Friday I use the Pyramid System Upper and Lower...I have been doing this awhile and need a change...Can I use a total body workout 3 days a week and still stay in the same shape even though I would be cutting back 2 days?....If so, which video do you recommend?.....Another question....I do all of this weight training and do aerobics 7 days a week and can NOT tone my inner thighs....I have a layer of fat over the muscle that I can not get rid of.....I work out so much that I seem to have gotten "scrawny" in my upper body but nothing will budge the thighs.....any suggestions?

Boy, Rebecca, I don't have an answer for you, but I sure would like to hear if anyone has any advice about the inner thigh area. I workout like crazy, and I'm happy with the rest of my body, but not those inner thighs!
