My Workouts for this Week. I did it!!

Wed-DoubleCardio-4DS
Tonight-CF.
And, for Sat, will be my first time run through
of ACS2-Amy Bento before a Home Show.

For being 46, I feel accomplished that I did it and know I can do better on some stuff. All I know, for me, is that these workouts get easier the more I do them.
