Cycle Max 2-as previously mentioned. Two different workouts/rides.
IMAX4- it's time. Fun of IMAX2 but the smoother transitional tighter recovery of 3.
Low Max 2(the sequel)- 7 combos all low impact but not low intensity.
Circuit training-with step, discs, turbobarre, barbell,dumbbells,fitness band plus stability ball.
Muscle/Strength-Upper and lower. All-around like Muscle Max yet pace of STS with planks or stability ball for core.
Kickbox/bootcamp-cardio, combos and conditional training.
