My Turn to Whine

Today started off okay then I got on the treadmill. I imediately felt weird. I was sweating buckets and felt nausous. Also had a bout of the runs (Sorry about the over share). ANyway I only got in about 25 minutes and I really want to finish my workouts but I feel so off. So now I am upset that I can't. Maybe if I tske it easy for a few hours I can pick up where I left off. Thanks for listening to me whine...

Terri, it sounds like you have some kind of bug. I would leave your workout for today and let your body settle down. At least you got a little bit in. Don't push it though.

If it were me, I'd take the day off. Of course, I'm always looking for excuses NOT to workout. I'm just plain lazy. It takes a LOT to get me motivated.

Hey thanks for listening to me. I am going to take the advice and put wo on hold and go finish watching Hotel Rwanda on dvd. Good thing I am able to work from home. Thanks!
