I have a Pro-Form 725ex, it is 8 years old and still works very well, I never had one problem with it. However, I noticed today while I was running it was squeezing. Moreover, I NEVER had this equipment serviced.
Any who, I believe it needs a lube job. My question is too those of you who have treadmills or know anything about them.
Question, were does the lubrication go? My first thought is to to loosen the rubber tread, with the key of course and spray underneath the rubber tread, and even the rubber tread, I guess! Do I need to lube the motor as well?
I have lubrication with Teflon which claims it penetrate and protect, just not sure where to spray, but I do believe it needs to be lubricated. Thank you!
