First, I want to say that I have been thinking, gosh I have to wait a whole year for more Cathe workouts, & now it seems you have read my mind & are releasing more workouts sooner! Thanks! Now, here are my suggestions:
A fun but intense step workout filled with great new choreography, maybe (hopefully) with abs at the end. Next, a Cardio Kicks 2, with a longer "choreographed" section. Then, maybe a strength type workout with an extended yoga flavored stetch at the end. I also like the idea of a 20/20/20 type workout with step. kickboxing, & hi/lo. Whatever you do, I'm sure it will be great & full of surprises.
