My suggestions for 2004

You already know that I'm a die-hard kickboxing fanatic and I want my dream to come true. I would like to see a kickboxing/heavy weight training workout. The first segment is tough kickboxing ala KPC and then second segment you can use the heavy bag, go all out Cathe, upper and lower moves (you can even add jump rope and have your background exercisers without it) and then you switch to heavy weight training...once you are done with those three segments, you add an extra 30 min. of tough weight training like in Bodymax and finish with abs at the end...I want the workout to be longer than 75 min. please....

I want to see Slow and Heavy II, this is one of my favourite workouts...

Bodymax II as well as IMAXIII

I'd like another PS series too (10-rep sets), but with long enough rests to go heavy. I find the rests just too short in PS.
 
I'd love another PS series that is slower lifting than the first, but faster than S&H. But have the same style as the firstPS.
