My Step Moves

Hi, how come Cathe and the crew's Steps never move during the videos. Mine slides forward at an angle. I have tried new steps and risers. I tried that rubber puzzle flooring stuff and carpets, but I don't like them. I just thought there may be a secret as to how Cathe keeps her step aligned for the entire workout on a smoothe surface.

i don't know cathe's secret but mine likes to slide on my carpet(esp if i don't put risers underneath) but i just use a sticky mat. i went and got one from ross since they are cheap. you can probably go to ross,tj maxx, or any discount store like that and get a mat for under $10 and see if that helps you like it helps me out.

I have a tile floor. What has worked for me better than a sticky mat is the rubberized shelf liner material. It comes on a small roll that you can cut to fit the length of the step and the width is just perfect.
