My second day of the flu

Ok so Tuesday would have been my rest day I missed yesterday which would have completed 2 weeks of my rotation well I am in my second day of the flu so How do you finish the rotation pick up where you left off or do I skip the days I missed and finish on track?

Just wanted to say take your time and get better! I've often rushed back into working out when I wasn't 100% and ended up extending a cold or flu. Sounds like you were at the tail end of a rotation - just pick back up where you left off and start anew!
