I just got the Sculpt 5/6 & Sweat 5/6 yesterday. Sculpt 5/6 is a decent upper body workout - there are P90X type upper body exercises - different kinds of push-ups, dips, one armed rows, curls. No chin ups or pull ups. There is barely any lower body work at all - I think 3 there were 3 lower body exercises - all pretty easy and low rep. I don't think this should be considered a total body workout. All in all, this was nothing that rocked my world, but I'll probably do it once in a while for an easier day.
I am very disappointed in Sweat 5/6. There is a warm up/yoga beginning that lasts about 10 minutes, then 20 minutes of very light cardio, and a 10 minute cool down. I did not sweat at all and I think my heart rate got up for maybe one minute the entire time, if that. This is beginniner in my opinion.
I already had the first two - Core Cardio - which is a good core workout but I wouldn't call it cardio, and Plyo Legs- I think this is the best in this series, similar to Plyo X but shorter.
Just thought I would share if anyone is thinking about ordering.
