I just made up the yummiest combination in the world!
Okay, it isn't chocolate ice cream and fudge sauce-but its a healthy, good quickie breakfast.
Take a plain (or cinnamon flavored) rice cake or the whole grain kind, whatever floats your boat.
Add a few teaspoons peanut butter, top with a tablespoon of ground flax seed, raisins and a drizzle of honey. Eat. Now go look at your teeth in the mirror

Its actually pretty darn good, and I personally feel, anything tastes good on the lowly rice cake.
I have used small pieces of dates or cut up apples or banana instead of the raisins and it tastes wonderful. Oh, and you have to "press" the flax seed into the peanut butter so it does not fall off.
