My new favorite workout...

I just did Body Max for the first time this morning and loved it. It took all the energy I had and was a major sweatfest but I felt great afterwards. Its 90 minutes long but the time flew by. Anyone who has hesitated to try this workout should go for it! Have a great day!

Hey Liz! BodyMax was one of my very first Cathe workouts, I had no idea what I was in for and it blew me away. It's still one of my favourites, I love that it has 3 distinct parts, makes for some fabulous mish moshing! Glad you enjoyed it:)

I have had this workout for very very long time and did it this week for the first time also. It was absolutely wonderful. I have done it twice this week and just can't figure out why I had only been doing the Power Hour on that DVD. I guess I thought I would like it because it was old and I figured the clothing, hairstyles, etc. may annoy me, but it is actually a favorite for me right now also.

I am previewing it today so I can do it for the first time tomorrow. The step section looks killer. I can't wait for a major sweatfest, hope its a major calorie burn fest too.

I just did this workout today. WOW!!!;-) :) I had so much fun. I didn't do uppperbody cause that is what I'm doing tomorrow. But everything else I did, I even went back and redid the step routine. This will definetly be a favorite. ;-)

I did this one Friday, but in a mishmosh. I did the step and intervals of BodyMax, then the upper body and abs from MIS on the same DVD. I do love this workout, even though the pace is a little too fast for me. It's great.
