Hi now is 11:31 AM in my country and the postman has given to me the low impact step dvd/total body sculping I ordered from CK sales. I am so excited. I can't wait to preview it .

I am agree with you Shaun13.I receive my stuff very quickly too and I am in Spain. CK sales is fantastic.

I have seen the dvd. The sound and picture quality is great. I had problems with the sound of the hardcore series. The step part is knee friendly and it is great too.I have found my favorite Cathe's step moves. She does over face in over, across the top,pendulums over the step, pendulums, drop squat pendulums and lunges off the side, the dominaro? move I see in the Cardio and Weights step part, the hesitation move etc.It sounds perfect for those days you want an add on easy aerobic or just don't have the energy for her advanced stuff.

The total sculping workout is great too. What can I say? I am a Cathe's fan. I am happy to see the stability ball outher thigh raisers and the stability ball frog rolls for inner thigh I love in the Pyramid Lower Body workout.


I am very pleased with my purchase.

It's a great dvd. I have done Low Impact Step, the circuit premix and the lower body cardio blast premix and I loved them all!
