DD (5) showed me the sandwich she just made. It's peanuts still in the shell with mustard on whole wheat.

I need to find cookbooks for children at the library. That way, she can make things that she can eat, instead of Mommy throwing it in the trash.

Actually, she did make something good this summer. She got into my spices and mixed together dry mustard, parsley, garlic salt, cumin, and I don't remember what else. I put it in some black beans that I was cooking and was surprised that it tasted good.

Want to hear something even more weird? I've not yet had lunch today and the sound of that is actually making me quite hungry. :+ :+
Happy cooking to you both! :9

Any chance you could be pregnant, Shelby?

My kids (5 & 6) spread chocolate frosting on saltine crackers today and thought it was delicious! They're always cooking up something weird.

DD and I made a trip to the library today and checked out cookbooks for children. It was cute, because DD wanted to use her own library card to check out the books. She loves the library and it was a big deal the day she got her own card.
