I first started using it about 2 years ago in my office and I loved it My husband bought me one for christmas but when I use it at home the coffee and tea have an after taste that I don't like. Maybe it's the water????
Could be! My SIL only uses tap water if it's been filtered for her coffee at home. They are constantly filling the brita water jugs to make sure there is water for coffee!
Thanks Wendy! I will def buy some bottled water this weekend and try that. I hope it works because my husband keeps asking me why I'm not using it and I feel awful.

Well I just signed up for WW on line and so far I really like it. So do you mind it I ask you a few questions? I hope not
I dont have a lot of weight to lose (10lbs) but I wanted to try something different. I have tried many things but could never get to my goal weight always coming in close but not quite.
Do you swap your activity points for food?
I didn't have much to lose either. I set out to lose just 6# but it was so much easier then I thought that I just kept going! I've lost about 11# and just working on keeping it off these days!
I have definitely swapped activity points for food! I don't rely on those points each week but I will use them if/when I need to!
I chose to swap points on a daily basis but don't use them all the time like you. I was given 26 points a day. How many activity points do you accumalate a day? I'm not doing a cathe rotation this month I actually just started Chalean Xtreme 90 rotation just to try something different. So far I really like that they are mostly all under 40 min.
I love that fruits are mostly 0 points and veggies too. I also love love the bird's eye steam veggie's. Holy cow! Yummy especially the califlower with garlic. I think those are all 1 point.
My favorite snack I found on WW website is the stuffed celery which is just celery with PB and 1tbsp of dries cranberries.
My activity points are averaging about 4-5 per work out right now as I just started the LIS/STS rotation on Saturday.
Prior though I was doing work outs off of the Body Rock website. Most of those work outs are short so it was rare that I worked out for more then 30 minutes per day hence lower APs...more like 2 per w/o with those even though they were KILLER!

Yeah it's Body Rock TV. Zuzanna left but her husband (soon to be ex hence the reason she left BR) now runs it with his brother and they have a new female host. I love Zuzanna but the new host is good too. Now Zuzanna is starting all over again on her own. She's put out a few work outs so far and they are good ones too! I will follow them both along with the million and one other work outs I do!
