My Knee

I finished spin class last Thursday and my knee started to hurt pretty bad, I know I don't have anything wrong with my knee, been to the doctor and he said it is just my knee cap, not much cartilige left under the knee cap, but that day my son took me swimming and after that, my knee felt so good and no more pain in it at all, and running 2 miles a day and weights and NO pain at all, going to go swimming once a week for now.
 
If you choose to try another spin class take a careful look at the placement of the seat and your form. The teacher should be able to help you set up the bike for your stature. Also it is really common for people to let their knees fall outward when cycling. So make sure your knees point either straight ahead or angle slightly in. In most cases these two fixes will take care of any pain that is above and beyond the pain caused by decreased cartilage.
