Yippee!!! I just got an email stating that it should arrive by July 20. I placed my order on Friday. I am SOOOOOO excited! I can't wait!!!!

It's a pretty intense total body program featuring Shaun T. Go to Beachbody.com. Then go to Fitness Programs, advanced. You'll see it there. Or you could just type Insanity in the search feature. You'll be able to see a video of it. The word intense might not be the correct word --this workout looks like a killer. Well, I hope it will be!

Yesterday when my insanity arrived I was so excited. I was telling my 2 boys that my insanity arrived and the smart buggers said that I already had it.
Oh yeah, I'm ready to get a little more insane
