I order a new pair of Rykas and they showed up the other day in box from Zappos. DH is smart enough to know Zappos is a shoe store and he's giving me the "look" about ordering new shoes. I open them up, and of course it is workout shoes. He says "oh, that's ok because you're going to use those" I told him I use all of my shoes!! Now, this is the same man who (good naturedly) fusses when I bring home workout stuff. So, a new pair of heels is unecassary bc I have (more than) several, but new sneakers are ok because I use them, but new videos are not?

And they say its hard to understand us WOMEN????

Hahahahaaaa!!!! Fortunately my DH is never here when packages are dropped off on the front stoop, and when it comes to shopping I have a strict 'don't ask, just tell policy'.

Aw, that's cute! I just had this conversation w/a couple of guys the other day. They were talking about cars & I was doing the eye rolling thing b/c for me it's just a think to get me from point A to point B. One of them said it's just like me getting a new Gucci handbag or Weitzman shoes. We all looked at each other as if we'd just discovered the difference betw. what makes men & women tick.

Yeah, I could never figure out the fascination of a bunch of guys standing around staring into the engine of a car with its hood up. But I felt my heart beat faster when one of my coworkers was showing me her new Coach bag yesterday. I guess I can understand it now when you put it that way.
