My HIIT workout... but would like some help please :)

I LOVE the HIIT dvds, and to avoid 'over using' them, I have made my own HIIT workout. I really enjoyed it, but I was wondering if anyone has any ideas for intervals that AREN'T on the dvd?
THis is the workout that I did:
Round 1
50 seconds interval
20 seconds rest
Round 2
15 seconds slow jog
35 seconds interval
10 seconds rest
1) High knees
2) Burpees
3) Jump rope
4) Push up jacks
5) Air jacks
6) Mountain climbers
7) Wide tuck jumps
8) 3 jump turn
9) Roll back jumps
10) Squat jumps
11) Jump Kicks
12) Lateral skates
13) Ice breakers
14) Jump rope jog
15) Squat thrust jacks
16) Plié jacks
17) Push up kick
18) Band hops
19) Squat kicks
20) High Kicks
 
Ask morningstar, she knows lots of moves.

Zozo, most of my HiiT workouts are for running on the street, so I don't generally mix them with other types of exercise. I created a lot of CardioCoach premixes to make them HiiT workouts. Yours seems like a lot of fun.

Thanks :) It was lots of fun... when I got over the whole 'I think I might die' phase after the first round! :)

The weather is nice today actually... so I might try an interval run: it's a shame there's two hills, one either side of my house! It makes the decision all the more daunting....

Anyone tried roll back burpees? I just read about them, and they seem.. hmm... evil ;)
