My Head is BIGGGGG Today!!

So I have to share this little happiness. DH and I went to the county fair today with some friends. There was a gent there guessing people's ages (a buck a guess) and claimed he could always guess correctly within two years. So all the women lined up to be guessed. He got everyone with two years but me! He guessed 27...I'll be 37 this October. Let's hear it for diet and exercise (ok, and genetics too :p)

Then I rode the mechanical bull, but that's a whole 'nother story :D

Hooray for you! I swear I think exercise keeps us looking younger than we are. I love to see the shock when I tell people I'm 44.

I also love the word 'nother. My sister and I always use it and then ask each other - is that a word? :)

Hah! No pictures, we didn't have a camera or a video camera. It would have been a short film anyway as I only stayed on the thing for 45 seconds. It was fun though, one of those silly things that I have always wanted to try, and not scary at all. Though there was that one moment when I was sailing through the air with my bottom pointed north and my head going south where it did cross my mind that maybe this wasn't such a good idea, really. :D

Anne, no pelvic bruising but wow were my inner thighs on fire for a little while afterwards!! Anyone needing to work their inners needs to hustle on over to the local country western bar and go for a spin on the bull!!

That is so neat! So whad'ya win--lol! But really, few things make you feel better than that. Someone asked me how old I am the other day and seemed genuinely shocked when I told them I'm 51. They said they would've guessed late 30's or early 40's. It made my day.

Another one who wants pics of you riding the bull:7 . Or how about one of you sitting out by your frog pond?
