Hi, everyone. I finally did a Cathe workout!!! :9 So far I have done Basic Step, the lower and upper body add-ons, the stability ball ab workout (that are on the Basic Step + Body Fusion DVD) and Low Impact Step. I've been working out with the Firm and just no longer felt challenged. Heard a lot about Cathe from the Firm Forum and the rest is history.
Basic Step wasn't too basic and wasn't too repetitive, so I was happy about that. Surprisingly my heart rate was higher during that workout than it has ever been with the Firm!! I couldn't believe it...and it's a beginner workout!!
Low Impact Step was fun...a little tricky but by the second time I did it, I was able to pick up all the moves and didn't have to watch the TV. I'm definitely hooked on Cathe. Next week is Low Max. I've watched it several times so far and I think I will just do the premixes first then will progress to doing the entire workout. I can't wait to buy more of Cathe. Now I don't have any regrets not renewing my gym membership (although I do miss my yoga classes-my instructor was GREAT). Working out with Cathe is like taking an actual class. I get excited when it's my workout time. I just love the energy Cathe brings to each workout. Afterwards, I just feel so much better.
