My first experience with Cathe....KP & C

I did this this morning. The first thing that struck me was how professional the quality of the video was. I really can't put my finger on any one thing in particular, just the overall quality was really good.

There are two things I look for in a workout video...is it fun, and is it a challenge. When I'm done, do I want more, or do I want to send it back?? I have had more than a couple of experiences where I truly feel I wasted $$$...I hate that feeling...:-(

This workout with Cathe left me with one overriding thought....what was I waiting for...This was the best kickbox workout I have ever done. There are some things that I'll need to improve upon...never did windmills before.

I have to modify at times due to a carpeted floor in my home, so quick pivots are rather dangerous, as I have caught my foot on more than one occassion.

The ab work at the end was great as well, now that I have found the right stability ball for my size..I'm over 6 ft. tall, so the standard ball never really worked for me.

I love how Cathe would stretch us out at times during the workout, you can just tell she's a real pro, and it really shows.

There was never a moment during the workout that I felt I was in over my head, I am sure having some prior kickboxing experience helped in that regard. The choreography was not too hard to grasp at all.

I was nice and sore when I was done, and really felt I had done somthing great for myself, that hasn't always been the case with workout vids in the past.

Consider me a most satisfied customer!!

Glad you enjoyed it. I agree..next choice should be Drill Max or Bootcamp! I did the kickbox drill/leg ankle weight premix from KPC/L&G dvd this morning and followed that up with the upper body only premix from Muscle Max, had a great workout.
 
K, P, and C was my very first experience with Cathe also. I my "addiction" to her began last Novemeber when I pulled this workout out (in VHS) and tried it. Since then, I have been hooked and now have a huge stack of her workouts in my bedroom!! I love to create mish-mosh workouts with all the DVDs I have. Some of them are true butt-kickers!! I have recently pre-ordered her new workouts and can't wait to see what she has in store for us. I am SO happy I found Cathe because sometimes just going to the gym gets kinda boring.
