My first day on My Fitness Pal

It says my daily goal is 1,730 calories to maintain my weight. It's the end of the day and I have 155 calories remaining. Should I aim to reach the 1730 mark? Or do you think if I shaved off about 100 calories a day I would loose a little bit of weight?

I wouldn't worry about it! Sometimes i don't eat all my calories either...i just listen to my body! :) Good Luck to you!

I get confused trying to enter the strength training stuff. But other than that I really love it! It helps a lot and really makes me think about my food choices! Today I think I'm in the same calorie range as yesterday, so that's pretty darn skippy to me. haha :)
