My exercise routine?

Hi ladies. Hope you all are having a great day. The weather here is awesome! Finally feels like Spring.

My gym membership expires this week. I barely used any of my Cathe's b/c I've been lifting at the gym. So here is my plan for my 2nd trimester. Let me know what you think.

Mon: walk 3.5 miles (takes me 45 minutes) during my lunch break and upper body at night
Tues: walk 3.5 miles and lower body
Wed: walk 3.5 miles and total body
Thurs: walk 3.5 miles and lower body
Fri: walk 3.5 miles
Sat: upper body
Sun: REST

Does that look like too much? Not enough? Suggestions? I don't mind doing LB then TB then LB again. My LB needs to most work so I don't mind working it 3 days in a row. I'm not sure if for UB if I'll do Mon (chest/back/triceps) and Sat (shoulder/biceps) This is my plan but who knows if I will follow through.
 
Hi Dana...initially i was going to suggest that you give yourself a break by not having the lower/total/lower 3 days in a row but I have also heard that it can be okay to work the legs days in a row where you need to let your upper body rest between work outs. I guess if you find it to be too much though, you can adjust your schedule to get the rest your body needs. Other than that it sounds like a kick-butt plan! You go girl!:)

Kristi I JUST have gotten my energy back. My first trimester has been very, very tiring. I hope that you start to have some more energy soon too. :)
