My "Dream" CatheLive workout

In several of recent CatheLive's, there have been "segments" which I found to be alot of fun & different, so my "dream"
class would combine these..:) In Functional Fitness, there was the rope segments ( I love my ropeless jump rope, which
I discovered) and in New Year Countdown, the Hiit Countdowns with 10 exercises and countdown reps was pretty
creative...so my "dream" workout would be starting with a Hiit Countdown like in New Years Eve, then 5 Upper Body
exercises, then 1/2 point, do a Jump rope countdown starting at 60 sec with 30 sec rest, then 50 sec with 25 sec rest, 40, with 20, and so forth, going to 10 sec for the last one. Then 5 lower body exercises followed by the first Hiit countdown to finish up. I just think that would be fun, combining several different things. Oh well, a girl can dream !
