My dog is my trainer today!

I am getting ready to run for about 30 mins. My dog Speck is pulling on the drawstrings of my jogging pants. She wants to RUN NOW!!! If I say, "run" to her then she won't let me forget it so I can't let her down so I must go and run! Hope I don't fall on the ice! YIKES!

Too cute. The other day, my dog helped me work out too. She would stand between my legs and look up at me as I did bar bell squats. Whne I did leg lifts while I was on the floor on all floor, she would try to crawl under me. She weighs 50lbs, so she barely fit.

Too cute...My in-laws used to have a dog that I would take running with me and he knew my running shoes from the other shoes would wear...so whenever I had my running shoes on he would get really happy and start trying to get me to go...right at that moment!!

I miss that dog...

Gilbert likes to stand or lie down RIGHT behind the step. While I'm using it.:p And when I do core, he comes over and stands right next to me, occasionally licking my arm. It's quite disconcerting.
 
LOL! Shelley,I know what you mean. It is disconcerting. You are so afraid your going to step on them or maim them. Get out of the way already!!! Uggghhhh!!!

Nice picture. Thanks for sharing. My dogs do the same. Stinky is actually worse and will just drop her big fat head right on my face. If I have the stability ball nearby then both dogs will not go near me for fear of the big blue monster.

LOL! on the stability ball. Somehow, I always feel like they are covering one side & I'm supposed to cover the other against dangerous enemies. Sometimes, I just don't have the time to humor them.
