My dog ate my cell phone.

On Friday! And I don't have a land line, so I've been incommunicado for the last 3 days (other than the gym & a few social events). You know what? It was kind of nice!

She's a modern kind of girl. She much prefers electronics to old school stuff like rawhides & shoes. So I'm down a cell phone, 2 cable remote controls & 3 pairs of eyeglasses. :+

My puggle got a pair of my glasses when he was young too... Fortunately no cell phones.... Thankfully he grew out of that and loves his rawhides....

Shannon! LOL! Maybe "ate" was the wrong word. "Destroyed" perhaps is better. I don't think she ate the plastic, I think she just likes teething on it. ;-)

Fortunately I have insurance. I did not, however, tell them my dog ate it. I told them I lost it. I'll have a replacement tomorrow.

In the meantime, I tried checking messages from my work phone & I just get a recording that the phone is disconnected. I'm sure whoever tried calling over the w/e is wondering WTH is going on.
