Hi all,

If you read this thank you.

Today I stepped on the scale and was down 2lbs.. I was HAPPY;-) !! I logged my foods all week on the self diet club. Hopefully I will be on a downward trend.

I tried to follow my exerise plan as scheduled. I didn't get in my upper body workout. I had to work that day and did a lot of lifting and my arms were sore so I guess that will have to count. I was also on my feet for 8hrs that day. I am trying to follow the fat loss rotations Cathe has posted but I have to do some substitions.

I also treated myself to Rhytmic Step this week, so now I will have 3 Cathe workouts on 1 dvd. This is my first Cathe purchase. I think I will treat myself to one a month if my budget permits.

My exercise plan for this week is:
Sat -rest, going to a picnic after work.
Sun-PUB, and Patrick Goudeas Non Stop Step
Mon-Imax 1 or 2
Tues-WOG for 40 mins or at least a walk, if the weather is unbearable.
Wed-PLB and HiLo of MIC,abs
Thurs-golf
Fri- PP and Step of MIC.

I am going to try to up the amount of time I work several days a week.
Hopefully burn some extra calories and break out of the 170's.

Congrats on both the weight loss and sticking to your plan! Perserverance will get you through and you will meet your goals. You're already making such great progress! You go girl!!!! :D
 
Thank you for your replies.

The picnic was fun. Drank a couple light beers ate some good food. Had a good time. I got Rhythmic Step in the mail and I was previewing it. My how times have changed. Imax looks fun but I will have to wear my mp3 cause there wasn't any good music. Mic looks fun almost like a bad 80's video. I will try them this week. Did my workout as planned everything except Abs. Abs tomorrow after IMAX. Jenn
 
So this week was not so successful. My weight this is am was the same as last week. That is good cause I ate out everysingle day and had my period. Fun.

I accomplished all of my workouts except ME, the step portion of mic and the wog. I went to the golf course and played 5 holes. My DH drove the cart but I walked most of the way. I also only completed 5 intervals on IMAX1.

This week I am going to Rest today.
Sun-ME and CW
Mon-kpc
Tues-Powerhour
Wed-Rhytmic step and Step blast.
Thurs-golf league/active rest.
Fri-Supersets
Sat-??

This is what I am aiming for. We will see if it happens.

Still waiting for response from a seller on ebay that I won an item from but am having trouble purchasing. I guess they don't care since they don't email me back. So frustrating.

There are other items on ebay of Cathes I wish to purchase but I'm getting apprehensive. I guess not everyone can be bad. I'm just hoping I don't get charged for this item because I tried to pay several times. But never got a confirmation number from bidpay. I think I am going to only stick with paypal acceptors. And people who have lots of good feedback.

Jenn, hope you get your ebay woes settled out. I just don't fool with them anymore when it comes to exercise dvds. It's more expensive but I just by from the site or Collage. That way if there's any problems they are taken care of quickly.

Thanks Catherine. I just have to be more careful. It is gonna be a heatwave here in NY this week. Today is ME and CW if I can make it through them before the heat comes. Oh and laundry day.

This week was not that great. 2 workouts, ME and CW + golf league. Got my handicap for golf it is a 56. How sad
:( . I need a lot of work on my game. My rotation this week is:
Sun-bootcamp
Mon-MIC
Tues-CW
Wed-LG and maybe something xtra.
Thurs-golf
Fri-hopefully hard HCE will be here if not SJP.

I am trying to follow the fat loss rotations. Mixing and matching the weeks with what is available to me on FitTV.

I didn't record my food as planned. Lazy I guess.

I will continue to work on that this week.

Bootcamp kicked my butt this morning. I so don't like it. I am certainly not an advanced exerciser and I was doubting if I could hang with Cathe and the girls. ;(
