I don't post much here (although I'm definitely a Cathe-aholic), but my friends at the Firm Ya Yas encouraged me to post this here. This story was in our local paper last Tuesday. If you click on "More Photos" (underneath the photo of the woman holding out the pants), you can see my photo (number 6) and the photo of (just a small part) of my DVD collection (number 7). The photographer was going to photograph the other bookshelf (which has most of my Firms) but I told him he had to take a photo of the ones that I really used ... which are all my Cathes. Both of those photos are in the newspaper ... but I'm afraid you can't really see the DVDs that well ... so only people "in the know" will recognize the Cathes.
Oh, I'm editing to add, because a ton of people at church asked me ... the article doesn't say, but I lost 60 pounds total. I lost 50 pounds back in 1999 and I lost another 10 a year ago. I have been doing Cathe strength workouts since 2000, but it wasn't until I stopped running this summer and started learning more complex step workouts that I truly fell in love with Cathe. I credit her with giving me great muscle tone and decent cardio endurance for a 53-year old
