my cat has inspired me to eat better

seriously
6 small meals a day.
doesn't clean her plate
no junk food or sweets
no soda,just water
stays active
no butter,sugar,hfcs

i am following her example(trying to)
what an inspiration!
can you match her method of eating?

My cat jaffa loves butter and if he thinks you're going anywhere near it he'll come running. I actually put butter on the breakfast table just for him! I get up earlier than dh so he's my breakfast buddy. He gets a tiny bit of butter every morning. He loves chocolate too but of course I don't let him have that.
Here he is trying to steal dh's breakfast.

Whipped cream--all 3 of my guys come into the kitchen at night for whipped cream. They have their dessert and then go to bed. We only buy whipped cream for the cats.

1 can is for 8 pds. so if i weigh 130 i would have to eat x amount of cans and have it with a salad and brown rice. it would be a healthy dinner with protein, veg, and grains
yummmm

Gabrielle,

how did you do that attachment?

laura

Eh, I'll try to explain but it always takes me forever every time I try to do one. First I go to my iPhoto (I have a mac) and export the pic I want to upload as a jpeg. If you don't have a mac I would have no idea how to do that. Then to post it I scroll down to the additional options below where I'm typing this, click on Manage Attachments and chose the jpeg that is now on my desk top. I may have changed something in the Cathe forum settings a long time ago the makes these additional settings come up when you reply to a post. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to imbed a picture in the post like others seem to do. I know this explanation kinda sucks but I basically just click around until I get it to work. I obviously have too much time on my hands. I hope this helps. If not maybe some of our computer literate friend could explain it a little better.

Oh and one more thing, going back to your original post, the cat food we buy (pet promise) actually smells and looks pretty good as far as cat food goes. It has no by products. With three cats we always have plenty of it on hand and I joke that in case of a natural disaster we could eat it too. We can only get it at Whole Foods and one other store. The price is the same at both places. I can't afford to get much of our food from Whole Foods but the kitties... nothing is too good for them!
